Owned by Ann, Kirkbeck is a family
concern managed by, Shona her daughter. Last year kirkbeck was managed
through a holiday company but we have recently decided to take over the
marketing, management and maintenance so that we can provide you with the
best service possible. Shona will be happy to help with any enquiries.
We aim to make your stay here
comfortable and homely and we hope that you will not only want to book
again, but also to reccommend us to your friends.
Reservations
We will be happy to reserve your
holiday for one week. We currently don't have an automated booking system,
so please ring or email (above). We check email regularly and aim to
respond the same working day. If the dates you want are reserved, please
email to register you interest. We will contact you as soon as we know
whether the booking is to be confirmed or not.
Pets
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. A further charge of £16 per
dog will apply.
Payments
We will
need a 10% deposit once your dates are confirmed. We will then ask you to
fill in our on-line contact detail form.
This information will be
used to create you booking form, which we will send out by post along
with a receipt for your deposit.
The final payment, will be due six weeks before the start of your
holiday, we will however send you a reminder by e-mail two weeks prior to
this.
Currently payments can only be made
by cheque, made payable to 'Kirkbeck House' or bank transfer (please
contact us for details).

Cancellations
We will ask for full payment six weeks before your holiday start
date, after which we cannot guarantee a full refund. We will re-advertise
any cancellation and, if we are able to re-book, will happily refund to
the value of the new booking.
Breakage deposit
We are hoping to avoid asking for a breakage deposit. we would prefer
to rely on your honesty and deal with breakages as they arise.
